Through a well-crafted partnership between schools, colleges, universities and relevant key state and private sector actors, Nairobi International Education Fair (NIEF) and Regional Career Fairs provide forums which enable students to make informed career choices and expose them to industry and world of work.

NIEF and the Regional Career Fairs provide excellent opportunities to Colleges and Universities to recruit students to their various courses by offering face-to-face interactions with thousands of aspiring students, parents, career guidance teachers and working professionals planning to pursue further studies in Kenya and abroad.

NIEF, the largest and longest running Fair of its kind in Africa is the leading platform for colleges and universities presenting their career pathways for further education locally and internationally, is a very informative event that gives an opportunity to high school graduates, their parents, high school students and the general public to learn more about career courses selection and their relevance to the job market and entrepreneurship. Most students who have graduated from secondary school choose their career fields based on a handful of options they may have been exposed to through their parents or peers. At these Fairs a comprehensive career guide will be given not only to the students, teachers and parents but also every corporate body or person interested in matters career courses and the institutions which provide them.
